To celebrate the news of Rant & Rave being acquired by Upland Software, I thought it was a good time to share some of the UI design work I’ve done for R&R over the years.
I’ve worked on lots of different projects for Nigel and his team, from SaaS dashboards to mobile experiences. Every screen had to consider both their users and their clients. I had to learn plenty of new terminology in the customer experience (CX) space and understand how their detailed, advanced software worked, so I could design something new and easy to use.
I really enjoyed the challenge of working on advanced software and hearing about the impact our design changes had on their users.
