Gridizen is a full service property management app for tenants and landlords, available on iOS, Android and the web. Landlords use it to manage their properties and tenants, and tenants use it to contact their landlord and connect with their wider community.
Gridizen’s business analyst, Burhan, got in touch months before we actually started working together. He and his team really believed in their product, but it didn’t have the impact or the user flow they wanted.
Once we got going, we started with the onboarding for their main landlord product, the first thing new users see and the place most people drop off.

From there we moved quickly through the rest of the app, including the iOS and Android screens shown here. I also worked on their branding, and the front-end website got a lick of paint too. The goal was simple: a property app that’s easy to use and genuinely useful for tenants and landlords.
I’m really happy with how this product design project turned out. It was a big one, and these screens are only a small part of it.
